These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Velocity Infra website and services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.

Strategy Calls & Engagements

Booking a strategy call does not create a contractual engagement. Any service engagement requires a separate, signed agreement that controls the specific scope, deliverables, fees, and guarantees.

Performance Statements

Any results, projections, or appointment numbers referenced on this site are examples and not a guarantee of future performance. Actual results depend on factors specific to your business, market, and execution.

Communications Consent

By providing your contact details to Velocity Infra, you agree to receive emails, calls, and text messages related to your inquiry and our Services. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

SMS Program Terms

Velocity Infra operates an SMS messaging program to send appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up messages related to your inquiry, account and service notifications, and occasional marketing communications. You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to and use our SMS program.

Opting in. By submitting your phone number through our opt-in form and checking the consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Velocity Infra at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Opting out (Text STOP). You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send any additional SMS messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or email harsh@velocityinfra.co.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and inquiries, and may be up to approximately 10 messages per month.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier message and data rates from your wireless provider will apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Velocity Infra is not responsible for any message or data charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

Carrier liability. Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and U.S. Cellular) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is outside of Velocity Infra's control.

Age restriction. Our SMS program and Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

Privacy. Information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or rent mobile opt-in data or SMS consent information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Velocity Infra or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

Our site may link to or embed third-party services (such as scheduling tools and chat widgets). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velocity Infra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Velocity Infra operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
